Coaching & Mentoring
I am a caring coach and mentor and have been coaching and mentoring aid and development workers since 2008.
When we better understand ourselves and how we engage with others, we are better placed to develop insights into ourselves, to find our own answers and solutions and take control of our own work.

Facilitation: Action Learning Sets
I am passionate about supporting learning and growth. I am an experienced and accredited Action Learning Set Facilitator.
Action learning sets provide a simple yet powerful way for individuals to learn from each other and identify actions which could make a positive difference.
Join a safe online space for up to 6 people to reflect on personal perspectives of race, power and privilege.
Facilitation: Workshop & Training
I enjoy working with groups and creating learning spaces which enable everyone to share their experience, ideas and questions.
Each learning event is designed and delivered to meet your organisation's needs. I bring a facilitation style which assumes that everyone has expertise to share as well as an interest to know more and be better. Participants are challenged to reflect on deeply held attitudes, develop their skills and gain new knowledge.
Child
Protection Consultancy
I am a registered social worker and have been committed to child protection for over 25 years.
Since 2000, I have worked in child protection programmes in development and humanitarian contexts. I build organisational credibility quickly and effectively with high levels of participation from children and adult programme participants, colleagues, NGOs, INGOs, government and UN partners.
I have worked across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, West, East and Southern Africa, Latin America, Europe and the Caucuses.
I have specific expertise in social welfare workforce strengthening, violence against children, case management, sexual and gender-based violence, psycho-social support and parenting programmes.
Safeguarding
I am an experienced safeguarding professional with over 10 years experience of safeguarding within organisations and as a consultant.
I enjoy working with leadership teams to define, and role model, expected behaviours and lead safe and respectful organisations. I bring my facilitation skills to safeguarding capacity strengthening to ensure all staff have sufficient understanding of how to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse of programme participants. I also work with organisations to understand the expected behaviours towards their colleagues.
I conduct organisational safeguarding reviews and advise leaders on actions and work with organisations to review and strengthen organisational safeguarding policies and procedures to support compliance.
